- Our minis are smaller as they only contain 2 ingredients, and the daily recommended dosage is smaller.

Where can I apply my patch?

- Barrière patches should be applied to clean & dry skin. Do not apply patches on your face or head, and do not apply patches to any area where skin is broken or irritated. Our favorite areas to apply a patch include: inner and outer wrists, upper arm, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, and avoid any area that is particularly sensitive.

Can I combine this patch with other patches?

- Yes. When used as instructed, it is safe to wear this patch and any of our other patch formulations together. One vitamin patch from each of the different packs (or formulations) can be worn together at the same time. Up to one patch per formulation can be worn daily. Do not wear more than one patch per day from the same pack (or formulation) at the same time.

Is your B12 methylated?

-Our B12 is not methylated, as otherwise, the dosage would be too strong as a transdermal patch vs. oral. The form of cobalamin used in our B12 patches is methylcobalamin. This patch is formulated with methylated folate (B9).
