HOW TO USE

Prepare by washing hands so they are clean. Peel patch off clear backing. Stick patch on clean & dry skin. 

Wear patch for 8-12 hours as the vitamins & adaptagens are time release through your dermis.

Why are the vitamin patch minis smaller than the multivitamin patches?

- Our minis are smaller as they only contain 2 ingredients, and the daily recommended dosage is smaller.

Where can I apply my patch?

- Barrière patches should be applied to clean & dry skin. Do not apply patches on your face or head, and do not apply patches to any area where skin is broken or irritated. Our favorite areas to apply a patch include: inner and outer wrists, upper arm, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Apply the patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, and avoid any area that is particularly sensitive.

Can I combine this patch with other patches?

- Yes. When used as instructed, it is safe to wear this patch and any of our other patch formulations together. One vitamin patch from each of the different packs (or formulations) can be worn together at the same time. Up to one patch per formulation can be worn daily. Do not wear more than one patch per day from the same pack (or formulation) at the same time.
