An illustrated portrait of María Moliner, an Aragonese woman who dedicated her life to books and words. In the mid-20th century, she embarked on the task of compiling a small dictionary in just a couple of years. The project stretched on, and she ultimately dedicated more than fifteen years to it. From this time and effort, which she undertook alone, her Dictionary of Spanish Usage was born.

Olalla Ruiz is an illustrator from Toledo, now based in Granada. She studied Fine Arts and discovered in illustration a mode of expression that allows her to unite art and design through drawing. Her graphic style is inspired by medieval and Eastern art, although her work also incorporates other influences, primarily from literature, classic cinema, and black and white photography. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with media outlets and organizations such as El País, Casio, Cultura Inquieta, and Cinemanía.
